Warm-up: Range of Motion, dynamic stretching, then:

For Time:
Bike for 8 minutes

50 Pull ups
100 Push ups
150 Sit ups
200 Squats

Bike for 8 minutes

50 Pull ups
100 Push ups
150 Sit ups
200 Squats

Bike for 8 minutes

Notes:
Feel free to break the sets up like this:
5 rounds of 10 pull ups / 20 push ups / 30 sit ups / 40 squats.
