Endurance:  Dynamic Drills – 1 mile run

Warm Up:  3 rounds

  • 10 burpees
  • 10 pull ups
  • 10 kettle bell swings
  • 10 goblet squats

Phase I.  5 rounds

  • 10 miliary press
  • 10 pull ups

Phase II. 6 rounds

  • 20 weighted step lunges
  • run 2 x down & back = 400m
  • 10 knees to elbows
