Endurance: Dynamic Drills – 1 mile run
Warm Up: 3 rounds
- 10 burpees
- 10 pull ups
- 10 kettle bell swings
- 10 goblet squats
Phase I. 5 rounds
- 10 miliary press
- 10 pull ups
Phase II. 6 rounds
- 20 weighted step lunges
- run 2 x down & back = 400m
- 10 knees to elbows
