Warm-up: Bar-bell complex 45lb, 55lb, 65lb, 75lb, then:

21-15-9

Dead Lift (body weight)
Ring Dips
Pistols
Hand-stand push-ups

then 100 wallball sit-ups Notes: Do 21-15-9 of the 4 exercises, then finish with the 100 wallball situps. The bar-bell complex is a dead-lift, upright row, hang clean, push-press, back-squat. Do 6 of each exercise at 45lb without putting the bar down, then move to next weight
