“ Kokoro ”

 

Endurance:

Run to produce station (2 miles)  or 2000m C2 Row

Strength: 

Dead Lift find 1RM

Stamina: 

5 Rounds: 2 DL @ 85% 1RM, 15 squat jumps,  carry sand bag out front door to end of building run 400m (left out front door to end of building)

Work Capacity

AMRAP 10 minutes:  run 400 meters , 50 pushups, 50 situps

Durability:  Stretch, re-fuel and hydrate
