warmup: 20 squats/10 rollovers/20 oh squats
bergner progression = shrug/elbows high and wide/muscle snatch/high
hang clean PVC/2” clean/4” clean/6” clean ( all with PVC) THEN progress to re
run the cleans with full squat PVC.
pickup the bar and practice cleans from high hang; transfer under
the bar quickly!
