Phase I:  Romanian (straight leg) deadlifts (snatch grip) x 10 (go
for 3 sets of 10 start light and move up not to exceed 50% of weight for working
capacity) As partners while one is doing the snatch grip the other partner is
doing deep lunges off a box (one foot on one foot off) 5 each
leg.
