Warmup: 30 squats/ 20 rollovers/ 30 overhead squats
Phase I: 3 rounds of: 10 wall balls/ 10 push ups/ 10 pull ups
Phase II: 4 rounds of: 5 burpees/ 10 DB thrusters/ 15 kte
Durability: 50 weighted situps/ 400 m run
