Strength: Working Backsquats based at 1 RM
- 10 @ 90%
- 15 @ 80%
- 10 @ 90%
- 3 x 5 @ 95%
Working Capacity:
- 4 rounds
- 10 Deadlift
- 20 elevated box push ups
- 15 toes to bar
- 20 jump air squats with PVC pipe
- 200m run
Durability: 50 weighted situps 35# plate
