Warm Up: 2 rounds
- 20 Progressive squats
- 20 KB swings
- 20 push ups
- 20 KB squats
Working Capacity: 5 rounds
- 15 pullups
- 25 push ups
- 10 HEAVY overhead squats
- 200m run
Durability: Sprints x 10: 15 sec rest
