Endurance:  Dynamic Drills – 1 mile run

Warm Up:  2 rounds

  • 20 Progressive squats
  • 20 KB swings
  • 20 push ups
  • 20 KB squats

Working Capacity:  5 rounds

  • 15 pullups
  • 25 push ups
  • 10 HEAVY overhead squats
  • 200m run

Durability:  Sprints x 10: 15 sec rest
