Endurance:  Dynamic Drills ROM – 1mile run

30 squats/20 rollouts/30 OH squats

Warmup:  BB Complex = deadlift/row/clean/front squat/push press/back squat =1 x 4 then; 10 pushups

(repeat with 4 weight progressions)

Working Capacity:  15 min of AMRAP

  • 5 burpees
  • 6 squat cleans 95lb
  • 7 thrusters 95lb

Durability:

  • C2 Sprints 20:10 x 10
