Working Capacity:

Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes

  • 5 box jumps
  • 10 air squats
  • 15 situps

Durability:  3 rounds

  • 10 windmills (r/l)
  • 10 wall ball situps
  • 10 wheel rollouts
