Warm Up:
- 500m C2 Row/40 squats/30 situps/20 pushups/10 pullups
Working Capacity: 5 rounds
- 15 OH Squats
- 10 Knees to elbows
- 5 Hand stand pushups
- 500m C2 Row
Strength & Stamina: Working Snatch; Bergner warmup/2-4-6 in. snatch/power snatch/full squat snatch/build
Durability: KB Swings 20:10 x 8
