- around the world
- hand to hand
Kettle Bell “EDT”
30 sec
- Clean/Jerk/OH Squat
- Russian Swing
- Hindu Pushup
- Knees to Elbows
- American Swing
- Thruster
Durability:
5 laps around gym, stretch, foam roller
