Endurance:  Dynamic Drills ROM – 10 laps in gym

Warm Up:  5 Jumping Pullups/10 pushups/ 20 air squats/ 30 sit ups for 4 rounds

Working Capacity:   4 rounds

  • 400 m run 4 down and back in gym
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 30 Wall Balls

Durability:  3 rounds

  • 20 Mountain Climbers
  • 20 4 ct. Flutter kicks
  • 20 Fire Hydrants ( each leg )
