Dynamic ROM Drills – 7 Suicide laps

Warm Up: 2 rounds
30 squats/20 pushups/10 pull-ups

WOD:  3 rounds

20 burpee
50 situps
20 wall ball
20 push press (75 men/45 women)
20 pull-ups
20 box jumps
20 knees to elbows

Durability:

Stretch / roller therapy
