Endurance:  Dynamic Drills ROM – 1 mile run

Warm Up:  100 pushups

Strength:  3 RM Deadlift

Stamina:  10 rounds

  • 5 deadlifts 185rx men/165rx women
  • 5 pull ups
  • 400m run or 500m C2 row

then….

10 rounds

  • 5 push press
  • 5 pull ups

Durability:

1 mile run, stretch – format quads & hamstrings
