Warm Up:
- 50 squats/40 situps/30 pushups/20 pullups
Working Capacity: 4 rounds
- 5 Turkish Get Ups (r/l)
- 10 Snatch (r/l)
- 15 One arm swing (r/l)
Durability:
Sprints Run or Rower C2
- 8 @ 200m
- 2 @ 400m
Stretch, refuel and hydrate.
