Endurance:  Dynamic Drills – Run 1 mile

Warm Up:

  • 2 minutes of max pushups
  • 100 double unders or 200 jump ropes

Working Capacity:   5 rounds

  • 30 Kettle Bell Swings 53# RX (adjust weight accordingly)
  • 30 Burpees
  • 30 GHD  ( or mod to situps)

 

Durability:

  • 10 x 100m sprints with 15 sec rest inbetween each set
