Warm Up:
- 2 minutes of max pushups
- 100 double unders or 200 jump ropes
Working Capacity: 5 rounds
- 30 Kettle Bell Swings 53# RX (adjust weight accordingly)
- 30 Burpees
- 30 GHD ( or mod to situps)
Durability:
- 10 x 100m sprints with 15 sec rest inbetween each set
