Strength & Stamina:
(1) Work to 3 RM Back Squat
(2) 4 rounds
- 3 Back squat @ 3 RM
- 5 Pistols off box each leg
- 10 Back Extensions
Working Capacity:
(3) 5 rounds
- 400m run
- 5 Burpees
- 10 KB SDLHP 55#rx
- 20 KB swings 55#rx

Stretch / Foam Roller
