Run 1 mile

Strength & Stamina:

(1) Work to 3 RM Back Squat

(2) 4 rounds

  • 3 Back squat @ 3 RM
  • 5 Pistols off box each leg
  • 10 Back Extensions

Working Capacity:

(3) 5 rounds

  • 400m run
  • 5 Burpees
  • 10 KB SDLHP 55#rx
  • 20 KB swings 55#rx

Durability:

Stretch / Foam Roller
