“MAX POWER”

Strength, stamina and work capacity!

Endurance: Run 1 mile

Phase I:

 20 Barbell Complex – 1 Push up after each one.

  • Dead lift/row/hang clean/front squat/push press/back squat

Phase II:   AMRAP 20 minutes

(1) Strength & Stamina

  • 2 RM 80% Power Clean
  • 5 Burpees
  • 10 Hand stand push ups (or pike push up off the box – modification)

(2) Working Capacity

  • 30-20-10
  • Box Jumps
  • Walking Lunges

Phase III:  Core & Durability

  • 50 Butterfly situps
  • Foam Roller Therapy
