Strength, stamina and work capacity!
Endurance: Run 1 mile
Phase I:
20 Barbell Complex – 1 Push up after each one.

Dead lift/row/hang clean/front squat/push press/back squat
Phase II: AMRAP 20 minutes
(1) Strength & Stamina
- 2 RM 80% Power Clean
- 5 Burpees
- 10 Hand stand push ups (or pike push up off the box – modification)
(2) Working Capacity
- 30-20-10
- Box Jumps
- Walking Lunges
Phase III: Core & Durability
- 50 Butterfly situps
- Foam Roller Therapy
