Endurance:  Run 1 mile

Phase I:

“Fran:

  • 21-15-9
  • Thrusters 65#
  • Pull-ups
  • rest 5 minutes…..

Phase II:

(1) 5 rounds for time:

  • Floor Press KB or Dumbells 85% MAX x 2
  • 10 Burpees

(2) AMRAP 20 minutes:

  • 5 Power Clean
  • 5 Push-press
  • 5 Racked Lunges

Phase III: Core & Durability

200 Sit-ups
