Phase II: 5 rounds
Part (1)
- 10 Wall balls
- 10 KB Swings 55lb. Rx
Part (2)
- “Diane” 21-15-9
- Snatch grip dead lift
- Hand stand push ups (modification is pike push up)
Phase III: Core
3 rounds
- O bar rollouts
- 20 butterfly sit ups
