WOD:

  • 1 Mile Run
  • 30/20/30
  • 4 rounds for time;
  • 750m row
  • 20 GHD back extensions
  • 5 Turkish Get Ups (r/l) 35 lb.
  • 20 KB Swings 55lb

Core:

  • 1 mile cool down run
  • stretch/foam roller therapy
