Combat – Krav

Kettle Bell:

Warm Up:

  • 4 rounds
  • 15 Burpee
  • 15 Pushups
  • 15 Squats

WOD:

Fun with Friends Friday!  Must complete 100 reps of each with parter; partner completes 20 swings while other partner begins the set of 100 reps.  When 20 swings finished partner picks up where partner leaves off for a complete 100 sets.
