- 10 DeadLifts 135lb.
- 20 Knees to Elbows
- 1 leg pistols (5 each leg)
AMRAP 20 Minutes

Swim 20 minute – endurance
WOD:
10 x 5 Deadlifts to load
Hand Clean full squat to (2) step lunge to push press; as many rounds for time 20 minutes – 75lbs.

10 x 50m Swim - 5 lap cool down

Dressage & Jumping Linus….after 3 weeks of being off due to EXTREME cold!! Nice ride however, Linus was litterally jumping out of his shoes. Next to the great bucking canter work but we managed to work through it to complete half haulting into the fences and getting a nice round jumper!!
