  • Renegade Row 30# each arm
  • One leg Pistols
  • 45lb. Weighted Sit Ups (hold above head and look through the peek hole)
  • Juming Squats
  • Use all 52 cards.

5 mile Run – Stretch.

Dressage & Jumping Linus….after 3 weeks of being off due to EXTREME cold!!  Nice ride however, Linus was litterally jumping out of his shoes.  Next to the great bucking canter work but we managed to work through it to complete half haulting into the fences and getting a nice round jumper!!
