Running Clinic 8 x 200m ; Sprint
WOD:
AMRAP 20 Minutes
Swim 20 minute – endurance
WOD:
10 x 5 Deadlifts to load
Hand Clean full squat to (2) step lunge to push press; as many rounds for time 20 minutes – 75lbs.
