Power Cycling

  • 10 minute warm up – level 1-2
  • 5 minute above threshold
  • 3 x 3 Level 5 (85-90 cadence)
  • 3 Level 3 tempo (75-80 cadence) – recovery between sets above
  • 10 minute level 3 tempo
  • repeat 3 x 3
  • 5 minute cool down

“Hallowheel”

  • 10 push up…..roll to end…..
  • 10 pike… reverse push up backwards to end……
  • 10 knees to elbows…..army crawl to end……
  • 10 hamstring pulls

Repeat x 3
